We offer personal training, whether that is just for you or you and a friend. The sessions are tailored to your goals and individual needs. They include a free inital consultation to assess and set you goals, nutritional advice and our ongoing support and assistance whenever you need it.


Group Fitness
Strength & Stamina
The best way of exercising is by doing something you enjoy. Here at M & C Fitness we offer a wide range of group exercise options that will help you get into shape, whilst having fun with friends. Exercise should never be a chore, it should be fun (even while working hard!). We are very enthusiastic instructors and we will help get the best out of you and motivate you to achieve your results.
Core and Flexibility Training
Yoga and Pilates
We are both 200 hour, Yoga Alliance Professional qualified yoga teachers as well as qualified Pilates instructors, so we can help you improve your posture, strengthen your core and improve your mobility in a variety of ways.
