Meet Chris

Chris is a lively and energetic person who has always been interested in sport and fitness, having played rugby for 12 years and competed in athletics for 3 years. He has studied sport and fitness for over 10 years and has over 7 years of experience working in the health and fitness industry. Chris is also a qualified group exercise instructor, specialising in HIIT (high intensity interval training), core training, Pilates and more.

Marie is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 14 years of experience in the industry. She is a lifelong health and fitness enthusiast and is passionate about sharing the countless benefits of a healthy lifestyle with other people and helping them achieve their goals. Marie is a highly qualified professional who is committed to continued self-development and further learning. Her many qualifications include a BSc in Psychology and Human Biology, a level 3 diploma in personal training and sports therapy, as well as a wide range of group fitness qualifications

Each session we deliver is tailored to the needs of the individual client as everyone had different fitness levels, abilities and goals. It is our passion to help everyone improve upon their strengths and weakness and aim to make every session challenging, but also fun to help clients achieve their goals
