“I Have been training with Chris since 2015. Chris has given me my confidence back. He trains in such a way that enables you to push your own limits without shouting, which is what I have experienced before, the eventually destroyed my confidence. With Chris's help I have been able to gain this back and believe that I have no limits, only the ones I put on myself, and I am fast breaking my own Personal bests! Chris is extremely knowledgeable and has passed this onto me so that I am able to train effectively on my own between personal training sessions. Chris is very professional at all times. However, we have also struck a friendship so training with Chris has become such fun! As Chris has so much experience he is able to change things around before the get boring or repetitive. He knows me so well now, I think he knows better than I do what I am capable of, but I never feel pushed or bullied which has happened to me in the past. One to one training sessions are quite a personal thing. I know I can trust Chris with any confidences that we may share. Training has added so much to my life, one of the most important things to me has been my mental health. I feel my wellbeing is much improved along with my confidence, there is nothing like walking into the gym and smashing out a session, confident in what you are doing. As Chris is my personal trainer her has always told me he is available anytime. Whilst I would not take advantage of this, when I have needed advice Chris has always got back to me within an hour or so which i think is pretty amazing.


With Chris's support I have achieved something that has always been a dream of mine, to compete in a bodybuilding bikini competition! Oh and I forgot to mention I will be turning 62 this December (2017)!! Thanks to Chris, I am invincible, there are no limits!”
